As a VIP Relationship Manager, you will manage high-value cryptocurrency exchange clients and develop customer trading relationships, driving retention and trading activity within an Australian crypto exchange environment.

Responsibilities:

* Manage relationships with high-value cryptocurrency exchange clients
* Develop customer trading relationships and support trading activity
* Resolve client issues and provide tailored service to VIP customers
* Collaborate with trading, compliance and operations teams on client needs

Qualifications Needed:

* Relationship management experience within cryptocurrency, forex or financial services
* Understanding of cryptocurrency trading and exchange products
* Excellent communication and client service skills
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to grow client trading activity
