As a Senior/Principal Product Manager, User Onboarding & Growth (Crypto App), you will own cryptocurrency customer onboarding, KYC, account activation, referrals and trading-product adoption within an Australian crypto exchange environment.

Responsibilities:

* Own the product roadmap for customer onboarding and growth
* Drive KYC, account activation and referral initiatives
* Improve trading-product adoption and customer engagement
* Collaborate with engineering, design, compliance and marketing teams

Qualifications Needed:

* Senior product management experience, ideally in crypto, fintech or consumer apps
* Understanding of onboarding, KYC and growth product dynamics
* Strong analytical skills and experience with product experimentation
* Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management abilities
