As a Senior Growth Manager, you will drive cryptocurrency customer acquisition, activation, retention, trading activity and commercial growth within an Australian crypto exchange environment.

Responsibilities:

* Drive customer acquisition, activation and retention strategies
* Increase trading activity and commercial growth across the crypto platform
* Analyse growth metrics and optimise acquisition and retention funnels
* Collaborate with marketing, product and data teams on growth initiatives

Qualifications Needed:

* Growth marketing or commercial growth experience, ideally in crypto or fintech
* Strong analytical skills with experience in funnel optimisation and experimentation
* Understanding of cryptocurrency trading and customer behaviour
* Excellent collaboration and project management abilities
