: As a Senior Growth Manager, you will develop lifecycle marketing, product adoption, customer engagement and retention initiatives for digital-asset products within an Australian crypto exchange environment.

Responsibilities:

* Develop lifecycle marketing strategies to improve customer engagement and retention
* Drive product adoption and activation for digital-asset products
* Analyse customer lifecycle metrics and optimise campaigns
* Collaborate with product, marketing and data teams on growth initiatives

Qualifications Needed:

* Lifecycle marketing or growth experience, ideally in crypto or fintech
* Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and retention strategies
* Analytical skills with experience in campaign optimisation and experimentation
* Excellent collaboration and project management abilities
