As a Level 2 IT Support Engineer, you will provide technical support for cryptocurrency exchange systems, internal IT infrastructure and operational technology within an Australian crypto environment.

Responsibilities:

* Provide second-line technical support for cryptocurrency exchange systems
* Troubleshoot internal IT infrastructure and operational technology issues
* Maintain documentation and support procedures
* Collaborate with engineering and security teams on system reliability

Qualifications Needed:

* IT support experience, ideally in crypto, fintech or financial services
* Strong troubleshooting skills across operating systems, networks and applications
* Familiarity with security practices relevant to cryptocurrency systems
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
