What You’ll Do

• You’ll engage with project teams throughout all phases, bringing expertise in large-scale projects and proficiency in Revit to prepare architectural documentation.
• You’ll maintain strong stakeholder relationships and demonstrate excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with confidence and maturity.
• Manage multiple priorities, working effectively under pressure, and making informed, timely decisions.
• Effectively coordinate project consultants.

What You’ll Bring

• 4+ years experience in architectural practice with demonstrated success leading multi-residential projects.
• Registered Architect
• Strong proficiency in Revit, with proven BIM and documentation experience.
• In-depth understanding of multi-residential design, delivery, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Australian Standards and relevant codes for residential projects.
• A collaborative, solution-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
