Our client is seeking an Audit Training Manager in Perth to enhance the capability and quality outcomes of our Audit practice. This role involves designing and delivering targeted training initiatives aligned with BDO’s audit methodology. You will work closely with Partners and Managers to develop future audit talent through effective learning programs.
To succeed, you should have a relevant tertiary qualification and at least 5 years’ experience in Audit or professional services. Strong technical accounting knowledge and excellent stakeholder engagement skills are essential.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Audit or relevant professional services.
- Experience in learning and development or training facilitation.
- Strong technical knowledge in audit processes.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver the annual Audit learning plan.
- Facilitate graduate and early career training programs.
- Develop audit and accounting learning materials.
- Deliver engaging training via workshops and blended learning.
- Identify capability gaps with Audit leaders.
- Coordinate training communications and compliance reporting.
- Support team members in building capability.
