JOB SUMMARY
Role: Will be targeting suppliers of commercial use equipment to help them sell with a simple leasing payment plan. As times get tougher, leasing is a better way for business to fund the depreciating assets they need and use, while helping them to preserve their cash for more significant business growth opportunities.
The originations activities involves two key levels:
Firstly there is; cold and follow up calling of potential new partners, attending trade shows and demonstrating this simple and highly automated system, designed for non-finance people to easily submit credit applications.
Then, there are existing relationships that you are developing to help them sell more with finance, train new staff and generally try to lift their finance sold as a percent(%) of total sales.
The role is largely on the road and while it is Sydney based, that does not rule out networks who extend beyond NSW.
This role will give equipment suppliers the same ability as, say: car dealers, to sell with finance. In a market where there these equipment suppliers represent a wide range of small manufacturer brands who can’t give the same finance support as say; car manufacturers provide finance options for car dealers to sell.
Requirements: We are seeking the following skills and experience:
1. B2B sales originations experience with equipment dealers in the asset classes described or vendor finance
2. Sales experience, identifying and developing new partnership referral arrangements
3. Self motivated and ideally a known reputation in an equipment vertical they are funding
