Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (ideally in Medical Science, Biomedical, Business or a related discipline)
- previous experience selling to a variety of healthcare facilities
- comfortable introducing software and cloud-based services
- proven track record in managing customer relationships and driving revenue growth
- advanced knowledge of clinical terminology in a radiology environment
- strong leadership skills and ability to implement positive change
- experience working across both public and private health sectors
- ability to deliver impactful presentations and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- clean driving record, full Australian driver’s license, and willingness to travel regularly including occasional regional travel
- eligible to live and work in Australia
Responsibilities
- Drive adoption, growth, and optimization of software subscriptions and system upgrades across the installed base of mammography systems
- Maximize customer lifetime value and identify new opportunities within existing accounts
- Align Hologic solutions with clinical and operational goals of customers
- Collaborate with Territory Managers and other team members to ensure a seamless, high-quality customer experience
- Lead strategic after-sales initiatives and build strong relationships with key thought leaders in radiology and related fields
- Present to and influence stakeholders to support sales and after-sales growth
- Travel as required to support customers across Australia and New Zealand
