Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience as an SAP Functional Consultant, Functional Analyst, or similar, including hands-on SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution and Materials Management configuration and support experience.
- Knowledge of order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory management, sales operations, purchasing, and logistics processes.
- Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and translating business needs into practical SAP solutions.
- Experience supporting production systems, managing incidents, and contributing to enhancements, upgrades, or transformation projects.
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori, S/4HANA user-experience concepts, and integration touchpoints such as IDocs, EDI, APIs, or middleware.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
- A valid Working with Children check is required.
- Successful candidates must undertake background checks.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand current processes and pain points and shape them into fit-for-purpose SAP S/4HANA solutions.
- Configure, support, and enhance Sales and Distribution and Materials Management processes, including sales orders, pricing, deliveries, billing, purchasing, goods movements, inventory management, and invoice verification.
- Prepare business requirements, functional specifications, solution design documents, process flows, test scripts, and training material.
- Assess the effects of changes across Sales and Distribution, Materials Management, integrations, data, reporting, Finance, logistics, and warehouse touchpoints.
- Support enhancements, upgrades, and improvement projects, including unit testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, cutover, and hypercare.
- Collaborate with ABAP developers, integration specialists, vendors, and managed service partners to deliver reports, forms, interfaces, and workflows.
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 functional support, investigate recurring issues to determine their root causes, and maintain accurate system and process documentation.
Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to SAP Customer Relationship Management, Finance and Controlling, vendor management, or Agile and Waterfall delivery.
