Requirements
- Experience in a Business Development Manager, Credit Assessor, Broker or Lender role
- Comfortable and flexible to attend / host networking events – both in-person and virtually
- The ability to work autonomously, manage a fast-paced pipeline and achieve set targets
- Skilled in developing mutually beneficial relationships with external partners
- Resilience, energy, enthusiasm, passion!
Responsibilities
- Manage and expand an active broker portfolio
- Develop strong broker relationships whilst providing policy and product education as well as coaching on loan structuring
- Troubleshoot pipeline issues, assist in mobilising deals through the credit process and provide solutions / escalations for complex scenarios
- Host and attend networking events including webinars, coffee clusters and development days
- Create business plans, hold regular strategy catch-ups and maintain a rolling applications pipeline
