    Key Responsibilities

    • Build and execute a high-quality sales pipeline focused on strategic opportunities.
    • Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities across Managed Services, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Professional Services.
    • Lead consultative, solution-based sales engagements with senior decision-makers and business leaders.
    • Own the entire sales lifecycle, including prospecting, discovery, solution development, proposal creation, commercial structuring, negotiation, and contract closure.
    • Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with clients and stakeholders.
    • Collaborate closely with technical and delivery teams to create compelling customer solutions.
    • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
    • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and meet agree KPI’s
    • Represent IEINFOTECH professionally at client meetings, networking events, and industry forums.About You

    To be successful in this role, you will possess:

    • Proven success in Business Development, Account Management, or IT Solution Sales.
    • Demonstrated experience selling Managed Services, Cloud Solutions, Cybersecurity Services, Networking, Infrastructure, or Professional Services.
    • Strong commercial acumen and experience managing complex sales opportunities in health care industry
    • Deep understanding of consultative and solution-selling methodologies.
    • Ability to engage confidently with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Strong self-motivation, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset.
    • Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a high-performing team culture.
    • Current Australian Driver’s Licence.
