    Requirements
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, or finance related topic
    • 2 years in an analytical, financial, or commercial role
    • MS Excel advanced level
    • Power BI or data visualization experience (e.g., proven experience using data visualisation tools)
    • SQL experience (preferred)
    • Strong personal organization required and ability to work to deadlines
    • Proactive and positive way of working
    • Commercial vision and a highly analytical approach
    • Developed strategic and business analysis skills and effective decision making
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly
    • Experience gained within the travel industry is preferred (desirable)
    • Experience with mathematical concepts such as probability, percentages, ratios (numeracy) (desirable)
    Responsibilities
    • Develop and maintain weekly performance reporting including the weekly trading meeting and sailing level performance summary
    • Analyze pricing (booked Average Per Day position vs forecast) and report findings to revenue team and shape pricing and inventory decisions
    • Monitor competitor pricing and promotions and report trends to North America Revenue Team and senior management
    • Review market performance against annual sourcing plan and provide summaries of sourcing changes between forecast rounds; make recommendations on rest of world sourcing mix
    • Analyze channel performance and share; review sailing level channel share and summarize implications for remaining guests to book
    • Continuously review booking performance vs track; optimize future track curve; perform booking window analysis overlayed with promotional and strategic initiatives; communicate changes; work with Miami to ensure loads are successful; update local track override model as needed
    • Understand retention rate models and impact on booked position; act as first line of defense for unexpected movements; work with Commercial Director to investigate
    • Provide analysis on promotional reporting including Black Friday and partnerships; analyze booking performance in relation to promotional strategy
    • Provide strategic insights and performance analysis to Senior Management as part of Annual Operating Plan process
    • Establish and maintain relationships with Miami teams; collaborate to adopt latest reporting tools and request resourcing for local business
    • Perform other duties as required
    Desired Qualifications
    • Experience gained within the travel industry is preferred
