Requirements
- The candidate must have 3+ years postgraduate experience.
- The candidate must be AIQS or RICS member, or currently on the pathway to membership.
- CostX experience is preferred.
- Experience across the life cycle of projects with experience in pre-contract, procurement, and post contract activities.
Responsibilities
- Measurement of all elements for preparation of cost plan.
- Pricing of individual items within a cost plan from first principals including market engagement where required.
- Preparation of cost reports.
- Assessment of tender returns and preparation of tender recommendation report.
- Assessment of contractor variations.
- Assessment of contractor payment claims and preparation of a payment recommendation to the Superintendent.
- Compilation of benchmarking and market intelligence data.
- Utilisation of our digital offering, the Hive, for implementation of all deliverables.
