Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst within data, analytics, or digital transformation environments
- Strong hands-on experience with PowerBI (dashboard design, data visualisation, data modelling)
- Experience in data modelling, data preparation, and working with structured and unstructured data sources
- Ability to translate complex business problems into clear, structured technical requirements
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
- Experience leading small teams or workstreams within project environments
Responsibilities
- Lead the elicitation, documentation, and validation of business and technical requirements across data and digital initiatives
- Design and deliver PowerBI dashboards and reporting solutions that provide clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
- Perform data modelling, data preparation, and transformation, ensuring quality, integrity, and usability of data assets
- Act as the interface between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment between requirements, solution design, and delivery outcomes
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder engagements, and requirement-gathering sessions with senior business and technical audiences
- Support delivery teams by translating requirements into functional specifications and ensuring solutions meet business expectations
- Provide guidance and oversight to junior team members, contributing to team capability uplift and delivery quality
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments
- Familiarity with data platforms such as Azure, AWS, or similar ecosystems
- Exposure to agile delivery methodologies and modern product delivery practices
- A proactive, outcome-focused mindset with a strong attention to detail
