Responsibilities
- Lead the design management and delivery of ports and maritime infrastructure projects, including port expansions, marine structures and coastal developments
- Manage project outcomes end-to-end, including scope, programme, commercial performance and technical delivery
- Act as a key client interface, building and maintaining trusted relationships with port authorities, government and private sector clients
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across Newcastle, ANZ and our global network to deliver complex infrastructure projects
- Provide leadership across design and delivery teams, ensuring high-quality outcomes aligned with industry standards
- Contribute to the continued growth of our Ports & Maritime capability in Newcastle and across NSW
Desired Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, Design Manager or Senior Engineer within ports, coastal or maritime infrastructure
- Strong experience managing multidisciplinary design teams on complex infrastructure projects
- A track record of delivering projects across ports, marine structures or coastal environments
- Confidence in client engagement and stakeholder management
- The ability to lead packages of work and drive outcomes across programme, cost and quality
- A collaborative mindset and interest in helping grow a high-performing local team
