Key Responsibilities

• Conduct equity and financial research on companies, industries, and market trends.
• Analyze financial statements, earnings reports, and key performance indicators.
• Build and maintain financial models for valuation, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Perform valuation analyses using methods such as DCF, comparable companies, and precedent transactions.
• Prepare research reports, investment notes, and presentation materials.
• Monitor market developments, economic indicators, and sector performance.
• Identify investment opportunities, risks, and key value drivers.
• Support due diligence processes and review financial and operational data.
• Maintain and update research databases and financial datasets.
• Collaborate with internal teams on investment ideas and strategic analysis.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial models and research outputs.
• Support ad hoc research and analytical projects as required.
• Track company announcements, news flow, and market events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, corporate finance, and valuation techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with financial modeling is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret complex financial data and generate insights.
• Excellent attention to detail and high standards of accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prepare clear, structured reports and presentations.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong interest in capital markets, equity research, and investment analysis.
