    JOB  DETAILS

    Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To

    • Manage and process timesheet data in SAP monitoring and reporting digital timesheet data and supporting users with the application, inclusive of equipment and temporary labour hours and some paper-based systems.
    • Coordinate timesheets to meet weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payroll deadlines
    • Partner with teams to monitor, report, and resolve timesheet data, including labour and equipment hours
    • Supporting the contract with HR requirements such as new starts, resignations and exit forms
    • Proactively identify and resolve timesheet discrepancies to ensure accuracy
    • Review and action key reports, including open POs, GR/IR, and vendor invoice matching (VIM)
    • Build strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate invoice processing in line with payment terms

    • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders
    • Basic accounting knowledge incl: timesheet management (payroll), purchasing, costing, billing, month end closing and operational administration
    • Basic knowledge in SAP and Ariba or similar databases
    • Experience in understanding of EBA arrangements, is advantageous
