    What We’re Looking For

    We are seeking a highly capable and commercially astute Finance Analyst to join our Finance team, based at our Corporate Head Office. This is a Monday to Friday hybrid role, offering flexibility to work from home one day per week.

    Reporting to the Financial Controller, this position is suited to a high-performing finance professional who is confident operating beyond traditional reporting responsibilities. The role requires a strong technical foundation, sound commercial judgement and the ability to translate financial data into meaningful insight that supports effective business decision-making.

    The successful candidate will play an important role in partnering with operational leaders to understand business performance, identify key financial drivers and provide clear, considered analysis that supports improved outcomes. This role will suit someone who is proactive, detail-oriented and solutions-focused, with the ability to build trusted relationships, influence through insight and contribute to ongoing process improvement across the finance function.

    You will bring strong financial discipline, analytical capability and the confidence to engage with stakeholders across the business.

    The Ideal Candidate Has

    • A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
    • CPA, CA, ACCA or equivalent qualification, highly regarded.
    • Experience in corporate accounting, management accounting, financial reporting or audit.
    • Strong capability in management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience using ERP or reporting systems.
    • The ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
    • Strong attention to detail, accountability and the ability to deliver within deadlines.
    • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with sound commercial judgement.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    This role is responsible for supporting accurate financial and management accounting, while partnering with the business to improve financial performance and decision-making.

    Key Responsibilities Will Include

    • Preparing monthly management accounts and financial performance reports.
    • Providing meaningful analysis on financial results, trends and variances.
    • Supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
    • Partnering with branch and operational leaders to understand performance drivers.
    • Supporting month-end and year-end close activities.
    • Assisting with statutory, regulatory, audit and group reporting requirements.
    • Maintaining balance sheet integrity through reconciliations and review.
    • Identifying opportunities to improve finance processes, reporting and business partnering outcomes.
