As the Finance Manager , you’ll be much more than a month-end accountant. You’ll be a trusted finance partner to operations, providing insight, challenge and commercial support across plant performance, investment and continuous improvement. Reporting to the Financial Controller, based inter-state, the role offers broad exposure across manufacturing, commercial and supply chain in a business with a strong pipeline for future growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with site leadership to drive financial and operational performance across the operation of our client HUB .

• Lead monthly reporting, forecasting and budgeting, providing clear insight into key performance drivers.

• Analyse performance across volume, pricing, manufacturing costs, productivity and inventory.

• Support capital investment, growth and continuous improvement initiatives with robust financial and commercial analysis.

• Identify risks and opportunities and provide constructive challenge to support business decision-making.

• • Oversee month-end, balance sheet integrity, financial controls and governance.

What you’ll bring:

• CA/CPA qualified with experience in management accounting, commercial or operational finance.

• Manufacturing or FMCG experience, with a strong understanding of operational and cost drivers.

• Commercially minded, with the confidence to influence, challenge and partner with senior stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with the ability to turn complex information into actionable insights.

• Experience supporting investment decisions, business cases, and performance improvement initiatives.

• • Strong SAP or similar and Hyperion experience is advantageous.
