In this role, you will be responsible for driving client acquisition, managing client relationships, and promoting TMGM’s trading products and services. This is a performance-driven role with strong earning potential. Your role will involve the following:

Sales Growth:

• Promote and sell TMGM products and services to support business growth
• Identify new business opportunities and generate client pipelines
• Prepare and present tailored solutions based on client needs and commercial requirements
• Conduct basic competitor and market analysis to support sales activities

Client Service:

• Manage and grow relationships with clients to support retention, satisfaction, and long-term partnerships
• Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal technical and operations teams
• Provide guidance and support on trading platforms and related services
• Monitor client activity to identify opportunities for service improvement and account growth

Performance & Goal Orientation:

• Maintain client records and sales tracking to support KPI and revenue targets
• Maintain knowledge of company products and market developments
• Support overall client satisfaction and account management activities

Requirements

• Highly motivated individuals seeking to develop or advance their career in the Forex/financial services industry, with at least 1 year of relevant experience preferred
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, outbound/inbound support, consulting, or other client-facing roles is advantageous
• Strong communication skills with confidence in client engagement and adaptability to different audiences
• Proactive and responsible approach to work, with strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a performance-driven environment with clear targets and objectives
• Proficiency in English is required; additional Asian language skills (e.g. Mandarin, Thai, Vietnamese, Malay, Indonesian, Filipino) are highly regarded
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, trading platforms, and related products
