    JOB   DETAILS

    Key position responsibilities include, but not limited to:
      • Prepare and analyse financial reporting across budget, forecast and actuals, including clear performance commentary.
      • Support the ANJ ZBB cycle end-to-end: monthly forecasts, annual budget inputs, and savings initiatives/submissions.
      • Partner with ELT, finance managers and functional stakeholders to support planning and ongoing performance management.
      • Own key month-end close activities: reporting, accrual reviews, variance analysis, and timely completion of month-end reports.
      • Provide clear visibility of fixed cost performance: key variances, risks, opportunities, and drivers versus targets (budget/forecast/benchmarks).
      • Identify, challenge, track and report ZBB savings and fixed-cost efficiency opportunities, including via the ZBB Champions program.
      • Continuously improve ZBB routines, templates and reporting processes, improving transparency and stakeholder understanding of cost drivers.
      • Provide effective finance support and guidance: reporting/system support, travel cost support, and SRM purchase order processes, including follow-up on significant variances with controllership and cost owners.

     

    What you’ll bring:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail and the ability to work with large data sets.
    • Strong Excel capability, including pivots, lookups, analysis of data and development of user-friendly templates.
    • Experience with SAP, BPCS, Tableau, Power BI or similar reporting and ERP systems preferred but not mandatory.
    • Ability to explain financial information and finance processes clearly to non-finance users.
    • Ability to identify risks, opportunities, savings initiatives and key financial drivers.
    • Experience in FP&A, commercial finance, business partnering or management accounting, with exposure to budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting.
    • Experience working with a variety of stakeholders.
    • FMCG or other fast-paced consumer goods experience preferred.
    • Degree qualified in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or another strong numerical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
