As an FP&A Analyst, you will analyse financial performance, budgets, forecasts and business financial results for a digital lender, supporting financial planning and decision-making within an Australian fintech environment.

Responsibilities:

* Prepare budgets, forecasts and financial models to support business planning
* Analyse financial performance and variances and provide insights to management
* Support monthly reporting and business financial results analysis
* Collaborate with finance and commercial teams on strategic financial initiatives

Qualifications Needed:

* Experience in FP&A, financial analysis or management accounting within fintech or financial services
* Strong financial modelling and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and financial systems
* Understanding of lending economics and financial performance drivers
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
