As a Payments Analyst, you will analyse payment processing, transaction failures, settlement performance, payment-provider integrations and fraud patterns, supporting a payments environment in Australia.

Responsibilities:

* Analyse payment processing performance, transaction failures and settlement outcomes
* Monitor payment-provider integrations and investigate integration issues
* Identify fraud patterns and collaborate with risk teams on mitigation
* Produce reporting and insights to support payment operations and product improvements

Qualifications Needed:

* Analytical experience within payments, fintech or financial services
* Understanding of payment processing, settlement and provider integration mechanics
* Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in SQL and reporting tools
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
