    JOB  SUMMARY

    Reporting to the Franchise Account Management Leader, you will manage a portfolio of franchise and multi-site partners. Your key responsibility will be to retain and grow existing franchise relationships, drive product adoption and rollout across networks, and ensure head office and site-level stakeholders receive a proactive, high quality account management experience.

    What You’ll Do

    • Proactively manage a portfolio of franchise and multi-site partners to retain business and minimise churn.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key franchise stakeholders across head office (franchisor), operations, finance and store networks (franchisee / company owned).
    • Establish a robust operating rhythm including regular account reviews, quarterly business reviews and agreed action plans.
    • Lead commercial discussions and rate reviews to support retention, renewal and sustainable margin outcomes.
    • Identify and execute growth opportunities across existing franchise networks, including new site openings, network expansions and product cross-sell.
    • Partner with internal sales teams to support franchise acquisition opportunities that require ongoing account management.
    • Drive adoption of Tyro payments, banking and eCommerce solutions across franchise portfolios.
    • Coordinate internal stakeholders across onboarding, operations, support and product teams to deliver a seamless partner experience.
    • Monitor portfolio performance, maintain accurate account plans and use data and insights to prioritise actions and opportunities.
    • Escalate dissatisfied partners or material issues through the appropriate internal processes and ensure timely resolution.
    • Support franchise initiatives, campaigns, pilots and projects

    What You’ll Bring

    • Experience in account management, relationship management or business development, ideally in franchise, multi-site or B2B environments.
    • Strong commercial acumen and confidence leading negotiations and value-based conversations.
    • Excellent time management and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities and projects.
    • Build strong relationships with both customers and stakeholders (internal/external).
    • A data-led mindset with the ability to interpret performance trends and identify growth opportunities.
    • High levels of initiative, ownership and follow-through.
    • Contribute to the energetic and vibrant Tyro culture.
