About the role:

As a Graduate in Risk Advisory Services (Internal Audit & Risk) at RSM Australia, you will work alongside experienced professionals to help clients identify, assess and manage risks that impact their business from a strategic, operational and technical perspective. You will gain exposure to diverse industries and develop expertise in governance, compliance and risk management while contributing to projects that enhance organisational resilience and performance.

• • Assist in planning and executing risk assessments and internal audits across various industry sectors.
  • Evaluate internal controls and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Assist in preparing clear, concise reports and recommendations for clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver high quality engagement.
  • Participate in client meetings and contribute to internal presentations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant standards, regulations and good practices.

  Work towards professional accreditation (e.g. CIA, CA or CPA) with full organisational support.

Essential

• Undergraduate degree with good academic performance

• An interest in risk, governance, internal audit and process improvement.

Eligibility to undertake professional qualifications such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA).

Non-essential but desirable

• Post-graduate qualifications or double degree.

• Work experience in a business environment.
