Your mandate

• Create eye-catching designs across digital, print, social media, web, and marketing campaigns.
• Bring brands to life through compelling visual storytelling.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and leadership teams to develop creative concepts.
• Support the development and delivery of Stratco’s 6-week promotional program, developing campaign collateral including point of sale, print products digital assets, social media content and internal communications.
• Design assets including brochures, presentations, advertisements, social content, signage, e-mail graphics, and more.
• Contribute creative ideas and innovative design solutions that enhance campaign effectiveness, customer engagement and overall brand performance.
• Ensure all marketing collateral, including catalogues, brochures, flyers, billboards, press advertisements, presentations and internal communications, is produced to a high standard and aligned with Stratco brand guidelines.
• In a dynamic, fast paced marketing environment, manage multiple projects and deadlines without sacrificing quality.

You’re curious, creative, and always looking for a better way to communicate visually. You stay across design trends without blindly following them, and you understand that great design isn’t just about looking good—it’s about solving problems. We’re looking for a person with:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with relevant tertiary qualifications
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• A solid understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and branding.
• Ability to take a brief and transform it into something exceptional.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindse
