About the Role

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Head of Finance will provide strategic financial leadership across all aspects of the business. You will be responsible for ensuring financial integrity, compliance, and insight-driven decision-making that supports the business’ growth ambitions.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Lead all core financial functions, including financial reporting, planning, forecasting, and risk management.
• Build and refine financial models to guide strategic decision-making and assess business performance.
• Oversee budgeting, capital management, and funding strategies.
• Ensure full compliance with all statutory, tax, and regulatory reporting obligations.
• Act as a key advisor to the CEO and board on financial performance, capital strategy, and risk.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external parties, including investors, auditors, and lenders.
• Improve financial systems, processes, and controls to support scale and efficiency.
• Support M&A, funding rounds, and other corporate development initiatives where required.

What Are We Looking For?

Someone who possess:

• CA/CPA qualified with 10+ years of finance leadership experience, ideally within financial services.
• Experience in lending, fintech, or mortgage environments is highly desirable.
• Strong grasp of credit risk, capital structuring, and financial regulation.
• Proven ability to manage finance functions in high-growth or scaling organisations.
• Experience in a mortgage fund, managed investment scheme, or similar funds management environment is highly regulated.
• Commercially savvy with strong business partnering and leadership skills.
• Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels.
