Requirements
- Background in auditing, business services, or accounting from a professional services firm or boutique advisory firm, or a relevant commercial/industry role.
- CA and/or Chartered Accountant and/or Chartered Financial Analyst qualifications or similar, or in progress
- Sound report writing, research, modelling and financial analytical skills.
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Relevant degree with outstanding academic record from a leading university or business school
Responsibilities
- Assist with the delivery of Transaction Services-related engagements on a day-to-day basis by performing detailed financial analysis, including financial due diligence and forecast reviews.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and boards.
- Interact directly with senior management (C-suite) of clients.
- Identify negotiation factors for purchase price and deal structuring.
- Set a career path with clear and honest visibility around progression.
- Assist with business development and pursuit activities as well as cultivating long-term client relationships.
- Develop and manage divisional strategic tasks.
