Requirements
- Account Management experience within FMCG, Grocery or Consumer Goods – or strong field sales experience with commercial exposure.
- Demonstrated ability to build customer relationships and influence outcomes.
- Strong commercial, selling and negotiation capability.
- Understanding of trade investment and category-led decision making.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and work autonomously.
- Commerce or Business qualification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of Independent Grocery customers to deliver commercial and category growth outcomes.
- Develop customer plans across pricing, promotions, ranging and activation initiatives.
- Build trusted partnerships and position Mars Petcare as a valued category partner.
- Use insights and performance data to identify opportunities and optimise investment
- Partner closely with field teams to bring customer strategy to life in store.
- Lead range reviews, innovation launches and execution excellence across your portfolio.
