As a Lead in Credit Decision Science and AI, you will lead credit-risk analytics, decision models, risk-based pricing and AI-driven workflow improvements within a hybrid FinTech risk and AI/ML environment.

Responsibilities:

* Lead credit-risk analytics and decision model development

* Develop and refine risk-based pricing models

* Drive AI-driven workflow improvements across credit decisioning

* Manage a team of data scientists and analysts

Qualifications Needed:

* Strong experience in credit-risk analytics and decision science

* Proficiency in AI/ML model development

* Experience with risk-based pricing and credit decisioning

* Leadership experience managing analytics teams
