About the Role
We’re seeking a commercially minded Management Accountant to join our Finance team based at our Adelaide Head Office.
Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you’ll work closely with operational leaders across our Customer Streams, acting as a trusted finance partner by providing financial analysis and project support that influence business performance and strategic decision-making.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare accurate month-end management reports and financial analysis.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
- Partner with operational leaders to provide commercial and financial insights.
- Analyse project performance, identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Assist with cost control, forecasting and financial reporting across major projects.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across finance systems and processes.
- Contribute to the development of reporting tools and financial procedures.
- Work collaboratively across the Finance team to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- End-to-end accounting processes to support accurate financial reporting and business performance.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
- CPA or CA qualification (or working towards) is highly regarded.
- Experience in external audit looking to make your first move into industry, or previous experience as a Management Accountant or in a similar commercial finance role
- Strong financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting capability.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience using ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to build effective stakeholder relationships.

- Knowledge of AASB 15 – Revenue from Contracts with Customers.
- Experience in project accounting or major project environments.
