Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Commerce or a related discipline.
Responsibilities
- Lead end to end delivery of finance transformation workstreams, from diagnostic and design through to implementation
- Design and implement finance target operating models across processes, controls, systems and service delivery
- Work with clients to improve core finance processes such as record to report, plan to perform and order to cash
- Contribute to ERP, EPM and cloud enabled finance transformations, including enterprise structure and chart of accounts design
- Build and manage strong client relationships, collaborating across finance, technology and the broader business
- Develop high quality, client ready deliverables including presentations, business cases and insights
- Coach and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture
- Contribute to innovation, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the Finance Transformation practice
Desired Qualifications
- CA or CPA highly regarded (but not strictly required) as well as any technical certifications in Workday, Oracle, Microsoft D365, SAP or EPM technologies.
