Requirements
- At least 5 years of project management experience within the electrical industry.
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules, resources, and risks.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience in critical power, electrical infrastructure, data centres, utilities, industrial automation, building services, or related industries is relevant to the role.
- Strong customer relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead teams and navigate complex project environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capability.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery across complex electrical infrastructure projects.
- Develop project plans, schedules, resource strategies, and delivery frameworks.
- Manage project budgets, forecasting, reporting, and commercial outcomes.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build strong customer relationships and act as a trusted project partner.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve quality, safety, and delivery objectives.
- Drive project governance, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Take ownership of projects from planning and delivery through to customer handover.
