    Requirements
    • A bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
    • At least 10 years of marketing experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, diagnostics, or digital health is required, including at least 5 years focused on interventional neurovascular radiology, neurosurgery, interventional radiology, or closely related therapeutic areas.
    • A proven track record of leading regional launches and driving commercial growth across multiple Asia-Pacific markets is required.
    • Strong experience with evidence-based marketing, health technology assessment and market access engagement, and collaboration with Medical Affairs and clinical stakeholders is required.
    • Demonstrated capability in omnichannel marketing, digital patient and healthcare professional engagement, and data-driven campaign measurement is required.
    • Experience managing profit and loss or significant marketing budgets and external agencies is required.
    • The candidate must be able to influence senior clinicians, payers, and regional leadership.
    • Proficiency in English is required to perform the role effectively.

    Responsibilities
    • Lead end-to-end Asia-Pacific commercial launches, including pre-launch evidence, local adaptation, training, launch communications, and post-launch optimization.
    • Translate global strategy into market-tailored, compliant campaigns in partnership with local affiliates.
    • Manage the product lifecycle, including positioning, messaging, pricing support, promotional assets, and real-world-evidence-informed value propositions.
    • Drive evidence generation and health economics and outcomes research partnerships to build clinical and economic cases for payers and hospitals.
    • Execute omnichannel healthcare professional and patient engagement and account-based marketing to increase penetration in hospitals and post-acute providers.
    • Oversee budgets, vendors, and sales enablement; monitor key performance indicators, align regional stakeholders, and expand the Neurovascular portfolio into Australia and New Zealand.
    Desired Qualifications
    • An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
