Role Description: This is a remote Mortgage Broker role. The Mortgage Broker will work directly with clients to understand their financial circumstances, objectives, and long-term goals, and advise on suitable home loan options. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing client needs, comparing products across multiple lenders, preparing and submitting loan applications, and managing the process through approval and settlement. The role involves guiding refinancing, debt consolidation, and use of home equity, as well as maintaining strong relationships with lending partners and staying current with lending policies and market trends.

Qualifications

• Expertise in mortgage brokerage and home loan products, including experience as a Mortgage Broker and in Brokerage.
• Knowledge of finance principles, lending criteria, and debt solutions, including Finance and Debt Consolidation.
• Ability to support business growth through client acquisition and retention, including Mortgage Marketing.
• Strong client-facing skills, including clear communication, needs analysis, and the ability to explain complex financial concepts in accessible language.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple cases, and meet deadlines.
• Relevant certification or license to operate as a mortgage broker in the applicable jurisdiction (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience with loan origination systems and CRM tools is beneficial.
