JOB  DETAILS

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for processing store orders using Incomm’s internal logistics tool and support all Customer/Merchant order enquiries.
• Support replenishment process – adding and managing stores and products, managing system inventory, changing min/max using InComm’s logistics tool.
• Responsible for writing merchandising briefs for all key merchandising activities, maintaining merchandising calendar, co-ordinate merchandising activities with the client manager and auditing compliance.
• Interaction with 3PL Warehouse and Merchandisers as required in carrying out duties.
• Documenting and updating logistics and merchandising procedures.
• Support Operations Manager with reports and presentations as required.
• Performing any adhoc office administration duties as required.

• Highly organized, attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to function in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment
• Confident communicator & ability to interact at any level
• Results-focused, collaborative team player with proven ability to also work independently
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project) and agility to grasp other business systems quickly.
