    As ops manager, you don’t just “take over” after exchange, you become the anchor of the client experience. From the moment a contract is signed, you own the entire post-exchange journey end-to-end. Your role is to carry clients across the finish line with clarity, calm and confidence, keeping momentum high, removing friction, and ensuring every moving part stays tightly aligned.

    You’ll be the central point of contact for clients and the conductor behind the scenes: coordinating inspectors, conveyancers, brokers, selling agents and internal teams. You’ll anticipate issues before they surface, communicate crisply, and help clients feel fully supported and in control during a phase that can otherwise feel complex and overwhelming.

    This is a high-impact, detail-heavy, fast-moving role where you are the one who turns an accepted offer into a completed success.

    Day-to-day

    • Be the main point of contact for clients from exchange to settlement
    • Coordinate all parties involved from exchange to settlement including inspectors, conveyancers, brokers, agents and internal teams.
    • Manage the full suite of post-exchange activities including property reports, contract reviews, finance progress and key operational milestones
    • Communicate proactively, so clients always know what’s happening and what’s next.
    • Spot risks early and take swift action to resolve issues before they escalate
    • Ensure every document, deadline and compliance requirement is met accurately and on time.

    • Client excellence: you build trust quickly and communicate with clarity. Experience in account management, real estate or sales is a strong advantage.
