About the Role:
Join our client HUB’s Infrastructure Investment team and play a key role in delivering infrastructure funding programs and commercial agreements that support housing, infrastructure and economic development across Queensland.
– Manage and support infrastructure funding programs from implementation through to performance monitoring.
– Negotiate and administer complex infrastructure agreements with a broad range of stakeholders.
– Build strong relationships across government, local councils, utilities and industry.
– Prepare high-quality reports, executive briefings and recommendations for senior decision-makers.
– Manage consultant contracts, project budgets and funding agreement reporting.
– Review infrastructure components within local government planning schemes and contribute to policy reform.
– Support and mentor team members while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

About You:
You’re a commercially minded professional who enjoys building relationships, negotiating outcomes and delivering projects that make a tangible difference to Queensland communities.
– Experience working with infrastructure funding programs and/or commercial agreements.
– Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills across complex environments.
– Ability to analyse issues, develop practical solutions and manage competing priorities.
– Excellent written communication, including reports, briefings and executive correspondence.
– Experience managing contracts, projects or funding programs.
– A collaborative approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
– Qualifications in planning, property economics, infrastructure or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
