Requirements
- Experience in home, motor or property claims within general insurance (or similar)
- Proven ability to design and document processes, workflows and standard operating procedures
- Strong skills in process mapping and continuous improvement methodologies
- Ability to translate complex processes into clear, practical and structured documentation
- Understanding of risk, compliance and quality frameworks within financial services or insurance
Responsibilities
- Design and document end to end Home and Motor claims processes across key stages of the customer journey
- Develop and maintain process maps, standard operating procedures and knowledge content to support consistent execution
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to define requirements, processes and acceptance criteria
- Identify risks, controls and compliance requirements and ensure alignment with regulatory standards
- Support business validation testing and feed insights into process refinements and improvements
- Contribute to change readiness activities including training materials, process walkthroughs and stakeholder support
