Requirements
- A strong commitment to working safely and looking after your colleagues
- An Australian recognised trade certificate
- Experience in a similar Technical Support or Drill Fitter role
- Expert level Epiroc product knowledge and technical troubleshooting skills
- Previous experience delivering technical and product familiarity training
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prepare comprehensive documentation
- Passion to continuously improve
- Flexibility to travel frequently and at times with short notice
Responsibilities
- commissioning new equipment
- providing quality after sales technical support
- implementing machine upgrades
- new machine trial support for emerging technologies and prototypes
- sharing technical knowledge to both customers and internal personnel
