At least 4 years of experience working with performance and risk analytics.
A strong technical background.
The ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members in offices globally.
The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with shifting priorities and responsibilities.
The ability to interact effectively with senior-level FactSet stakeholders and clients.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Become an expert across FactSet’s analytics suite of products and improve industry knowledge.
Partner with clients and colleagues to gather business requirements and translate them into solutions.
Develop high-quality workflows for clients that are scalable and supportable.
Partner with data integration teams to advise on extracting, transforming, and loading client and third-party data for use in FactSet.
Collaborate with internal and external project management personnel to communicate progress, maintain scope, and identify risks.
Perform checks on outputs to ensure solutions are high quality.
Communicate effectively with sophisticated users using a strong understanding of investment principles and their application in the industry.
Identify growth strategies by outlining client organizational structures and uncovering additional opportunity during the implementation process.
Document solutions to ensure supportability.
Partner with Product Development and Engineering to ensure client feedback is integrated into products where feasible.
Provide user training and support the development of training programs.
Facilitate transition from the implementation phase to support.
