Requirements
- An Australian recognised trade certificate.
- Experience in a Technical Support or Drill Fitter role.
- Expert level Epiroc product knowledge and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Previous experience delivering technical and product familiarity training.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prepare comprehensive documentation.
- Strong commitment to working safely and looking after colleagues.
- Passion to continuously improve.
- Flexibility to travel frequently and at times with short notice.
Responsibilities
- Commission new equipment and provide expert support across the Epiroc Surface Drills portfolio.
- Deliver technical expertise and after-sales support for equipment including SmartROC, FlexiROC, PowerROC C, D and T Series rigs and related top hammer and down-the-hole drill equipment.
- Drive continuous product improvement through detailed feedback to the factory.
- Develop and enhance the technical capabilities of both customers and internal personnel.
- Ensure safe, efficient and productive operation of Epiroc drilling equipment.
- Work from facilities in Perth and at customer sites across Australia.
