Requirements
- Candidates must have experience with SAP Plant Maintenance in an operational or support environment.
- Candidates must have a strong understanding of maintenance processes and systems.
- Candidates must have experience managing master data and supporting system users.
- Candidates must be able to translate technical concepts into practical guidance.
- Candidates must have strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Full Australian work rights are required for this role.
Responsibilities
- Deliver SAP Plant Maintenance training and onboarding programs to frontline teams.
- Support users with system issues and troubleshoot day-to-day challenges.
- Maintain SAP Plant Maintenance master data including equipment, locations, task lists, and bills of materials.
- Develop and standardise maintenance processes across sites.
- Promote best practice through communications and user support tools.
- Administer support platforms, including SharePoint-based resources.
- Work with operations, maintenance, and digital teams to drive improvements.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, quarry, mining or similar industries is desirable.
