Requirements
- An Australian recognised trade certificate.
- Experience in a similar Technical Support or Drill Fitter role.
- Expert level Epiroc product knowledge and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Previous experience delivering technical and product familiarity training.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prepare comprehensive documentation.
- Passion to continuously improve.
- Flexibility to travel frequently and at times with short notice.
- A strong commitment to working safely and looking after colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Commissioning new equipment.
- Delivering technical expertise and after-sales support.
- Driving continuous product improvement through detailed feedback to the factory.
- Developing and enhancing the technical capabilities of both customers and internal personnel.
- Ensuring safe, efficient, and productive operation of Epiroc drilling equipment.
- Travel to customer sites across Australia.
