Key Responsibilities

• Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and maintain budgets, forecasts, variance analyses, and financial reports.
• Track project costs, expenses, and resource allocation against approved budgets.
• Analyze financial performance and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Support monthly and quarterly reporting, including KPI dashboards and management updates.
• Identify risks, issues, and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and monitor progress.
• Ensure accurate documentation, governance, and compliance with internal policies.
• Assist with business cases, investment analysis, and post-implementation reviews.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Project Management, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in project management, financial analysis, or PMO roles.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis skills.
• Experience with project tracking, reporting, and stakeholder management.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI, ERP, or financial systems is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
• Experience in finance, consulting, operations, or corporate project environments.
• Familiarity with financial modeling, business cases, and portfolio reporting.

Pay: $56.00 – $70.00 per hour
