Key Responsibilities
- Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare and maintain budgets, forecasts, variance analyses, and financial reports.
- Track project costs, expenses, and resource allocation against approved budgets.
- Analyze financial performance and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Support monthly and quarterly reporting, including KPI dashboards and management updates.
- Identify risks, issues, and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and monitor progress.
- Ensure accurate documentation, governance, and compliance with internal policies.
- Assist with business cases, investment analysis, and post-implementation reviews.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Project Management, or related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in project management, financial analysis, or PMO roles.
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis skills.
- Experience with project tracking, reporting, and stakeholder management.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI, ERP, or financial systems is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
- Experience in finance, consulting, operations, or corporate project environments.
- Familiarity with financial modeling, business cases, and portfolio reporting.
Pay: $56.00 – $70.00 per hour
