The role:

This is a hands on leadership role where you’ll set the standard, build the team, and drive the success of a brand-new venue.

• Overseeing daily business operations including daily, weekly and monthly inspections.
• Oversee the operations of the park including cash and sales control, party management and set-up, inventory management and park opening/closing procedures.
• Accountable for everything that transpires in the park, including but not limited to sales, safety and cleanliness
• Drive new customers
• Selection, Training and supervision of staff
• Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
• Responsible for social media presence and marketing programs
• Ensure customer satisfaction standards
• Monitor financial controls to keep operating costs vs budget

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of three years experience working in a managerial capacity
• Strong leadership
• Strong social media presence would be ideal
• Decision Making

• Foster teamwork
• Handles pressure
• Maintain positive outlook
• Innovative and not afraid to brainstorm with your team;

Pay: $85,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
