JOB DETAILS
Responsibilities:
- Deliver IAM services across workforce and customer environments
- Provide technical and business consultancy on IAM best practice
- Perform access provisioning, modification and revocation across multiple systems.
- Support identity lifecycle management and user access review campaigns
- Conduct IAM design and process assessments
- Collaborate with managed service providers and internal stakeholders
- Support remediation of audit findings and security uplift initiatives
- Maintain IAM documentation, controls, and operational processes
- Provide reporting and audit data for governance and compliance
- Identify and resolve security issues based on risk and severity
- Contribute to continuous improvement of access controls and policies
Qualifications:
It goes without saying you’ll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We’ll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It’s quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:
- You bring experience working with IAM tools and technologies in complex environments
- Your understanding of IAM concepts and best practices is well developed
- You’ll have experience with directory services such as Active Directory, LDAP or Entra ID
- You’re confident working across Linux and Windows environments
- You demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement and cross-team collaboration
- Your technical knowledge spans broader information security platforms
- You’ll be comfortable working both independently and within a team
- You’re able to prioritise effectively and work to deadlines
- You hold or are working towards relevant certifications or a related degree (desirable)
- Your familiarity with frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST or CPS234 will be highly regarded
