Requirements
- Tier 1 FSRA compliance
- Five years + experience in insurance broking and managing client relationships within a portfolio environment
- Knowledge of commercial insurance principles and risk management practices
- Effective communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Good time management and ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery, implementation and ongoing review of risk management and insurance programmes to meet client needs
- Run your own client portfolio of accounts as well as supporting Managing Principals on more of the complex work for Multinational inwards and outwards clients generally.
- Support new and expanded business targets
- Support Marsh Continuous Improvement Strategy
- Build and maintain effective relationships with key client stakeholders through regular communication and service delivery
- Partner with the Managing Principals to understand client businesses, risk exposures and insurance requirements
- Develop and manage renewal, retention and portfolio strategies, while identifying opportunities to support client needs beyond traditional insurance products
- Provide guidance on technical insurance matters, stay informed on complex claims activity, and work with internal teams to support client outcomes
- Maintain accurate client records and apply relevant regulatory and legislative requirements in day-to-day practice
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting large or complex corporate accounts
- Experience working with multinational clients or within a risk management practice
- A tertiary qualification
