Who you are

Experience: Five to seven years in a similar role, with at least five years’ experience in the Australian banking sector.
Domain knowledge: You must possess deep domain expertise in banking (e.g. retail banking, payments, deposits, loans, or wealth management) in the Australian context.
Methodology: Expert in creating Business Specification Documents (BSDs), Epics, User Stories, and back-end tasks. You adhere to our client way of working and use our Agentic SDLC fluently.
Tooling: Expert in Jira, Gemini, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and whiteboarding tools such as Miro. You use AI as your default way of working.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher. IIBA CCB certification is a plus.
Language: Professional working proficiency in English.
Travel: Willingness to travel based on project needs.
